Daniel Solomon

Daniel F. Solomon is an administrative law judge currently working for the U.S. Department of Labor. With more than 23 years of service, Solomon’s cases involve over 80 statutes.
He is the Past President of the Federal Administrative Law Judges Conference and the former National Conference of the Administrative Judiciary Delegate to the ABA House of Delegates. Solomon received the Administrative Justice Award from the Association of Administrative Law Judges in 2000.
He is currently teaching at the International Judicial Academy in Washington, D.C.
