James J. Tozzi

James J. Tozzi served in five Presidential Administrations including service as a senior career official in the White House Office of Management and Budget with the responsibility for formulating and implementing a program for OMB review of agency regulations. He served as the Assistant Director of OMB and the Deputy Administrator of the OMB Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs.
Presently, Tozzi serves on the Board of Advisors of the Center for Regulatory Effectiveness.
He has a B.S. Chemical Engineering (Carnegie Institute of Technology), Master of Retailing (University of Pittsburgh) and Ph. D. in Economics and Business Administration (University of Florida).
