John Vittone

John Vittone was the Chief Judge of the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Administrative Law Judges. The OALJ hearings include black lung and Longshore claims.
Vittone has served on the Board of Governors of the American Bar Association and is currently the past Chair of the ABA Justice Center and an at-large member of the ABA House of Delegates.
He graduated from the University of Richmond (1964) and the University of Kentucky Law School (1967).
