Neil R. Eisner
Senior Fellow
Neil Eisner retired in 2013 as the Assistant General Counsel for Regulation and Enforcement at the U.S. Department of Transportation. He received his J.D. from Columbia University and an A.B. from Syracuse University. He is a member of the D.C. Bar, a past Chair of the American Bar Association Section of Administrative Law and Regulatory Practice, and an adjunct professor at American University’s law school.
