The 63rd Plenary Session of the Administrative Conference of the United States is currently underway. The Assembly is considering the adoption of a proposed Statement on “Issue Exhaustion in Preenforcement Judicial Review of Administrative Rulemaking.”
Following the innovative approach outlined in Recommendation 2011-7, The Federal Advisory Committee Act – Issues and Proposed Reforms, the 63rd Plenary Session is being conducted as a virtual and asynchronous Federal Advisory Committee Act meeting. Any person may comment; however, only Public, Government, and Council Members may vote.
