ACUS Federal Advisory Committee Act Workshop will be held on August 16 from 1-4 pm On Tuesday, August 16 from 1-4 pm, the Administrative Conference of the United States will host a workshop dealing with the Federal Advisory Committee Act (“FACA”). The workshop will include representatives from federal agencies that host advisory committees and members of private organizations interested in the activities of advisory committees, and will be open to interested members of the public. Participants will discuss a number of important issues related to the formation and conduct of federal advisory committees.
