We are pleased to co-host this symposium with the Administrative Law Review on April 6.  Jon Siegel, Director of Research and Policy, will moderate. 

This event will explore the role of science as evidence in administrative law processes. Panelists will consider evidentiary and scientific standards and how those standards apply to regulation. Issues to be examined include: “good science” versus “junk science,” the application of Daubert principles to administrative law, and ethical concerns in presenting scientific evidence in rulemaking or adjudication. Download the event PDF here.
