To celebrate the Chairman's broad scholarly and institutional contributions, Cardozo School of Law held an event in his honor on Monday, October 18. Leading figures from government and the academy, including Justice Stephen Breyer, spoke on a range of administrative law topics. The Chairman also highlighted the Administrative Conference's vision and goals for the future.
