Incorporation by reference continues to be in the spotlight, as ASTM International publishes an interview with Attorney Advisor and In-House Researcher Emily S. Bremer in the November/December 2012 issue of ASTM Standardization News.*  The interview, “Standards, Regulations and Incorporation by Reference” explains the issues and how Recommendation 2011-5 seeks to address them.

The discussion continues this Thursday, November 15, 2012, with a webinar on Incorporation by Reference in Federal Regulations.  Hosted by the Society for Standards Professionals (SES), Ms. Bremer will discuss her research for the Conference, explain Recommendation 2011-5, and explore recent and ongoing developments in incorporation by reference.  Participation is free for SES members, and $50 for non-members.  Registration information is available here.
