Administrative Conference of the United States to host 68th Plenary Session on December 14-15, 2017

Washington, December 7, 2017 – The Administrative Conference of the United States (ACUS) will host the 68th Plenary Session at the CFTC (Three Lafayette Centre, 1155 21st St., NW, Washington, DC 20036) on December 14 - 15, 2017.

December 14, 2017 - 1:00 pm to 5:30 pm EST

December 15, 2017 - 9:00 am to 12:00 pm EST

The ACUS Assembly will consider recommendations regarding Plain Language in Regulatory Drafting, Marketable Permits, Agency Guidance, Regulatory Experimentation, and Regulatory Waivers and Exemptions.

Attendees will include the ACUS membership, which includes the ACUS Council, Government and Public Members, Liaison Representatives, Special Counsels, and Senior Fellows. The Plenary is open to the public and all are welcome to attend.
