ACUS received an unqualified opinion from the independent auditor for fiscal year 2019. The independent audit concluded that ACUS’s statements are presented fairly in all material aspects and in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP). In addition, independent auditor sampling found no instances of noncompliance with laws and regulations and no instances of improper payment.
