The Committee on Rulemaking will meet to continue its consideration of a draft report and recommendations addressing the policy and legal issues agencies face when using social media to support rulemaking activities. The consultant for this project is Professor Michael Herz of Cardozo School of Law. Professor Herz's revised draft report, a draft recommendation, and other documents related to the Social Media Project, will be posted here ahead of the meeting.
