ACUS to Host Forum on “Mass and Fake Comments in Agency Rulemaking” with the Administrative Law Review

Washington, August 29, 2018 - On October 5, 2018, the Administrative Conference of the United States and the Administrative Law Review will host a forum on “Mass and Fake Comments in Agency Rulemaking.” Dominic J. Mancini, Deputy Administrator of the Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs, will provide a keynote address. The event will also convene two panels consisting of leading academics and agency officials that will discuss how agencies address mass comments and how the rise of “fake” comments affects the rulemaking process.
