Blog posts by ACUS Attorney Advisors Emily Bremer and Reeve Bull are on RegBlog’s most-popular list!  RegBlog, a project affiliated with the Penn Program on Regulation, recently highlighted its “Top 50” posts from 2013 based on page views.  Blogs by Bremer and Bull were part of the top Regulatory Opinion stories from 2013.

Emily Bremer’s blog post was part of a three-part series on “Regulating by Reference” that also featured articles by Conference members Peter L. Strauss and Nina Mendelson.  Bremer’s article is entitled “Collaboration is the Key to Making the Law Free.”

Reeve Bull’s blog post, co-written with Adam C. Schlosser of the Center for Global Regulatory Cooperation at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, is entitled “Regulatory Cooperation in the TTIP.”
