The Committee on Rulemaking will meet to consider a draft report and recommendations addressing procedures and best practices for managing ex parte contacts in the informal rulemaking process. The consultant for this project is Esa Sferra-Bonistalli, former Senior Attorney/Team Leader, Coast Guard Office of Regulations and Administrative Law. Ms. Sferra-Bonistalli's draft report, along with other documents related to the Ex Parte Project, will be posted here ahead of the meeting.
