In her blogpost The Role of ACUS in Improving the Administrative Process under the New Administration, Cheryl Blake illustrates “how the incoming administration could work to improve important aspects of the administrative process.” Ms. Blake details several ACUS recommendations that were recently noted in the comprehensive report prepared by the American Bar Association’s Section of Administrative Law and Regulatory Practice entitled Improving the Administrative Process. The blogpost also features additional resources including working groups, forums, and trainings, that could prove useful to the new administration.

The Administrative Conference of the United States is an independent federal agency dedicated to improving the administrative process through consensus-driven applied research and providing nonpartisan expert advice and recommendations for federal agency procedures. Its membership is composed of senior federal officials, academics, and other experts from the private sector.
