The Committee on Rulemaking will meet to consider a draft report and recommendations addressing the policy and legal issues that arise when agencies use social media to support rulemaking activities. The consultant for this project is Professor Michael Herz of Cardozo School of Law. Professor Herz's draft report, along with other documents related to the Social Media Project, will be posted here ahead of the meeting.
