Lea Robbins
Attorney Advisor
Lea Robbins is an Attorney Advisor at the Administrative Conference of the United States. Prior to joining ACUS, Ms. Robbins was the Senior Staff Attorney at the National Organization of Social Security Claimants' Representatives (NOSSCR). NOSSCR is a specialized bar association for attorneys and advocates who represent disability claimants in administrative proceedings before the Social Security Administration and in federal court. In her role at NOSSCR, Ms. Robbins served as a subject matter expert on substantive Social Security disability law issues and utilized this knowledge to provide guidance to NOSSCR members, inform the organization's policy positions and priorities, and advocate for improvements to the adjudicative process. Before joining NOSSCR, Ms. Robbins worked at a private law firm representing Social Security disability claimants.
Ms. Robbins earned her J.D. from Wake Forest University School of Law and holds a B.S. from Grand Valley State University.
